📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting assessments of government programs and services to evaluate their effectiveness and efficiency.

• Preparing detailed reports and presentations to communicate assessment findings to stakeholders.
• Participating in meetings with government officials, community leaders, and other stakeholders to discuss assessment results and strategic plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Government, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in government assessment, program evaluation, or a similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey findings to stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools such as SPSS or R.
• Knowledge of government regulations, policies, and procedures in Indonesia.
