📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee daily operations of assigned stores, ensuring they run efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage a team of store managers and staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Conduct regular store audits to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance their skills.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Promote and participate in company initiatives to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
