📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate needs.,Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates.,Maintain accurate records of the recruitment process.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide support in the recruitment process for international positions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Ability to work well in a team and independently.,Fluent in Indonesian and English.
