📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Represent SHADE Botanicals at trade shows, pop-up markets, and wellness events in Bali.
• Engage with customers, providing product knowledge and demonstrating the benefits of our botanical teas.
• Drive sales through effective product demonstrations and personalized recommendations.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, both retail and wholesale.
• Assist in setting up and managing booths at events, ensuring a visually appealing and functional display.
• Collect and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new product developments to enhance your sales approach.
• Promote SHADE Botanicals through social media and other marketing channels.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service roles.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Knowledge of the wellness and organic products industry is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
