📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing daily store operations, including stock control, inventory management, and sales transactions.,Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their queries and purchases.,Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, ensuring a pleasant shopping environment.,Support the Outlet Staff in training and mentoring new staff members.,Assist in preparing and maintaining reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback.,Participate in store promotions and special events to enhance customer engagement.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Assist in resolving any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with inventory management and POS systems is an advantage.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and challenges.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
