📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional table service, including taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Handle cash transactions, process payments, and manage cash flow.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
• Uphold the restaurant's standards of professionalism, punctuality, and teamwork.
• Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Promote and upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Participate in regular training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, preferably as a Waiter, Waitress, or Cashier.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.
• Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid ID and the ability to work legally in Indonesia.
