📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing and coordinating all aspects of our logistics operations.
  • Ensuring that our products are delivered to our customers in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Working closely with our suppliers, warehouse staff, and delivery partners to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitoring and analyzing logistics data to identify areas for improvement.
  • Developing and implementing logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Providing excellent customer service to our suppliers and delivery partners.
  • Managing a team of logistics staff and ensuring that they are trained and motivated to perform their best.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of logistics software and systems.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the retail industry is a plus.
