📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, receiving, and shipping.
• Lead and mentor a team of logistics staff, ensuring high performance and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient distribution of goods to various locations in Bali.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure and efficient warehouse environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and order stock to meet demand and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to manage procurement and delivery schedules.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics supervision, warehouse management, or a similar role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing warehouse operations and teams.
• Certification in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or similar software is a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Familiarity with logistics software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar is a plus.
