📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the hotel premises.
  • Managing and supervising the daily cleaning schedules.
  • Monitoring and maintaining inventory levels of cleaning supplies.
  • Conducting regular inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Training and mentoring junior staff members.
  • Assisting in the organization and coordination of special events and meetings.
  • Reporting any maintenance issues to the appropriate departments.
  • Ensuring that all cleaning protocols and procedures are followed.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of cleaning protocols and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems and software.
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
