📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Captain in managing and supervising the crew.,Ensure compliance with maritime regulations and company policies.,Monitor and report on vessel performance and safety.,Coordinate with shore-based teams for efficient operations.,Handle crew scheduling and training programs.,Assist in emergency response and damage control procedures.,Maintain and update operational logs and records.,Support the Captain in decision-making processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Assistant Captain or similar role.,Valid Maritime Safety Management Certificate (ISM Code) or equivalent.,Knowledge of international maritime laws and regulations.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Valid Seafarer's Medical Certificate.,Experience with shipboard operations and maintenance.
