📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain autoclave systems to ensure the safe and effective sterilization of medical devices and equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance and conduct regular maintenance to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal operation.
• Follow strict sterilization protocols and quality control procedures to maintain the sterility of medical products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or malfunctions with the autoclave systems.
• Perform routine inspections and calibrations of autoclave equipment to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Document all activities and maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sterilization process.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Autoclave Operator in a healthcare or pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with autoclave systems and sterilization processes, including steam sterilization and ethylene oxide (EO) sterilization.
• Knowledge of quality control procedures and industry standards, such as ISO 13485.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight production deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and materials.
• Valid certification in autoclave operation and sterilization techniques.
