Chief Engineering Manager - Mall Operations

Nirvana Wastu Pratama (NWP Property) is seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Engineering Manager to oversee the technical operations of our premier mall in Binjai Kota, Sumatera Utara. As the Chief Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of all technical aspects of the mall, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead a team of engineers and technicians, and to contribute to the ongoing development and success of one of the most prestigious malls in the region.

In this role, you will work closely with the mall's management team to develop and implement technical strategies that enhance the mall's operational efficiency, safety, and sustainability. You will also be responsible for managing the mall's technical budget, and for ensuring that all technical systems are maintained to the highest standards of quality and safety.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the mall's technical systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure the smooth functioning of the mall's technical operations.
• Develop and implement technical strategies that enhance the mall's operational efficiency, safety, and sustainability.
• Manage the mall's technical budget, ensuring that all technical systems are maintained to the highest standards of quality and safety.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of the mall's technical systems, and coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant technical regulations and standards, and work closely with the mall's legal and compliance teams to address any issues that arise.
• Collaborate with the mall's management team to identify areas for improvement in the mall's technical operations, and develop and implement solutions to address these issues.
• Provide technical leadership and support to the mall's management team, and work closely with other departments to ensure the overall success of the mall.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, with at least 10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Proven track record of success in managing technical operations in a large-scale facility, such as a mall or office building.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team of engineers and technicians.
• Experience with technical software and tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, or other building information modeling (BIM) software.
• Certifications in relevant technical areas, such as LEED, OSHA, or other industry-specific certifications.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Experience with budget management and financial analysis, with the ability to develop and implement cost-effective technical solutions.
