📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Design and oversee the construction of hotel facilities, including roads, parking lots, and utilities.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality construction.
• Perform regular inspections and maintenance of hotel facilities.
• Provide technical support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil engineering, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD or other design software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with construction management software is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
