📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities.,Manage the sales team and provide guidance and support.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events.,Negotiate contracts and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong negotiation and presentation skills.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
