📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Implement predictive and preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and maximize machinery efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks on production machinery and supporting equipment.
• Use advanced tools and software such as SAP, SAP PM, and other maintenance management systems to monitor and maintain machinery.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to diagnose and resolve machinery issues.
• Document maintenance activities and generate reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machinery performance.
• Provide technical support to the production team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Certification in predictive maintenance or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of maintenance management systems such as SAP, SAP PM, and other similar software.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively with engineers, technicians, and other stakeholders.
