📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing events, including product launches, workshops, and community engagement activities.
• Support the marketing team in creating event materials, such as invitations, promotional content, and social media posts.
• Manage event logistics, including vendor coordination, venue setup, and attendee communication.
• Use event management tools like Eventbrite and Google Calendar to organize and track event details.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Gather and analyze event feedback to improve future events.
• Assist in creating and maintaining event budgets and reports.
• Support the marketing team in achieving event goals and KPIs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in event planning and coordination, either through internships or personal projects.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
