PT Prima Wibawa is seeking a dedicated Fleet Coordinator to manage and optimize our fleet operations. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our vehicles, and we are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and has a passion for logistics and transportation management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain the condition of all vehicles in the fleet.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and servicing.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Oversee the fuel management and cost tracking for the fleet.,Manage and maintain driver records, including licenses, certifications, and performance.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for timely and efficient repairs.,Monitor vehicle usage and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English (both written and spoken).,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
