PT Mulia Raya Agrijaya is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Medan, North Sumatra. This role is crucial in driving strategic HR initiatives and ensuring our workforce aligns with our organizational goals. As an HRBP, you will work closely with department heads to understand business needs and translate them into effective HR solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. You will also develop and implement HR policies and programs that support our company's growth and success. Additionally, you will provide guidance and support to employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
• Develop and implement HR policies and programs that support the company's strategic objectives.
• Provide guidance and support to employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Work closely with department heads to understand business needs and translate them into effective HR solutions.
• Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Monitor and analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and trends in HR.
• Assist in the development and implementation of training programs for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with a focus on business partnering.
• Proficient in using HRIS systems such as SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proven track record of achieving HR goals and objectives.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
