Sentosa Telecom is looking for a talented Project Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing various projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and a passion for technology. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from our office in Baturaja and from home.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and execute projects from initiation to completion,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met,Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets,Monitor project progress and identify potential issues,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations,Provide technical support and guidance to team members,Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates,Document project processes and outcomes for future reference

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or a similar role,Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Experience with telecommunication projects is a plus,Ability to work in a hybrid environment,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
