📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, including trucks, tractors, and other equipment.,Coordinate vehicle schedules and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to job sites.,Monitor vehicle maintenance and fuel consumption, and ensure all vehicles are serviced according to manufacturer specifications.,Oversee vehicle inspections and ensure all safety regulations are followed.,Coordinate with drivers and other team members to ensure smooth operation of the fleet.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Assist in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide support to the fleet manager in achieving operational goals and targets.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Good organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Knowledge of construction industry operations and equipment.
