This role offers a unique opportunity to develop and implement store management strategies in a fast-paced retail environment. As a Junior Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our stores and enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including staff scheduling, inventory control, and customer service.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Monitor store performance metrics and provide regular reports to the senior management team.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of products.,Assist in the development and implementation of store improvement initiatives.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant retail management software.,Familiarity with sales and marketing strategies is a plus.
