Moon Link Nusantara is seeking a talented and experienced Lead QA Engineer to join our team in Salatiga, Jawa Tengah. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the quality assurance processes and ensuring that our software products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

As a Lead QA Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our development lifecycle, working closely with the development team to identify and resolve issues, and ensuring that our products are ready for release.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the quality assurance processes and ensure that software products meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
  • Work closely with the development team to identify and resolve issues.
  • Develop and implement test plans and strategies to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to developers to improve code quality.
  • Monitor and analyze test results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that quality assurance is integrated into the overall development process.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in quality assurance.
  • Mentor and train junior QA engineers to develop their skills and knowledge.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, with a strong background in software testing.
  • Proven experience in leading QA teams and overseeing quality assurance processes.
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
