📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.,Manage and mentor junior sales representatives to ensure high performance.,Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client interactions.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products/services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Strong understanding of CRM software and sales techniques.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Valid driver's license and ability to travel frequently.
