In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting data on a variety of projects, including environmental and social impact assessments, environmental management plans, and environmental audits. You will work closely with our team of experts to ensure that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing monitoring and evaluation frameworks, as well as conducting data analysis and reporting.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collect, analyze, and report data on project progress, issues, and solutions
• Develop and implement monitoring and evaluation frameworks
• Conduct data analysis and reporting using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and Tableau
• Prepare and present reports to clients, consultants, and subcontractors
• Identify and recommend solutions to project issues
• Work closely with project teams to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in monitoring and evaluation
• Provide technical support to project teams as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, environmental management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, environmental impact assessment, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of environmental and social impact assessment methodologies and frameworks
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Familiarity with data analysis and visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
