Accor Jaya is looking for a dedicated Receptionist to join our team in Palembang. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. This is an immediate opportunity for someone who is ready to start right away.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival and departure.,Check guests in and out, and process reservations.,Answer and direct guest inquiries and requests.,Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean and presentable.,Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally.,Assist with front desk operations and administrative tasks.,Provide information about the hotel and local attractions.,Monitor and report any security or maintenance issues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with hotel or hospitality industry software is a plus.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
