Makmur Dewi Restaurant is looking for a talented and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that we deliver exceptional service to our customers. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage our operations from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food preparation.,Ensure that the restaurant is running efficiently and effectively, with a focus on customer satisfaction and profitability.,Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve the efficiency of the restaurant.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.,Train and develop staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.,Work closely with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve the overall performance of the restaurant.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are being followed in the restaurant.,Maintain a clean and organized workspace, and ensure that all equipment is in good working order.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, staff scheduling, and food preparation.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software programs.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with remote work and the ability to manage operations from a distance.,Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines and targets.
