Crystal Max Group is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer satisfaction by providing expert advice and support to our retail clients. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia while contributing to our success in Kuta, Bali.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Provide expert advice and support to retail clients on product selection, merchandising, and inventory management.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and operational excellence.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong understanding of retail industry trends and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant sales tools.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
