Develop and implement content strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.,Create high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, including websites, blogs, social media, and email newsletters.,Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines to improve visibility and reach.,Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure that content is visually appealing and user-friendly.,Monitor and analyze content performance using relevant tools and metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure that content remains relevant and valuable.,Manage and mentor junior content writers to ensure that they are developing their skills and contributing effectively to the team.,Assist in the creation of content calendars and briefs to ensure that content is produced in a timely and efficient manner.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in content writing, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.,Strong understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles and practices.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive content.,Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and other relevant software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong organizational and time-management skills.,Creative and innovative thinker, with the ability to develop fresh and engaging content ideas.,Familiarity with the Indonesian market and industry is a plus.
