Lead the design and development of aerospace fasteners, ensuring they meet the highest quality and performance standards.,Oversee the manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and quality control measures.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.,Conduct failure analysis and implement corrective actions to improve product reliability.,Develop and maintain technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and process manuals.,Mentor and train junior engineers and technicians, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and regulations, and implement innovative solutions as needed.,Represent NAFCO at industry events, conferences, and meetings, building relationships with key stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in the aerospace or fastener manufacturing industry.,Proven track record of successfully leading engineering projects and teams.,Strong knowledge of aerospace standards, regulations, and quality control processes.,Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant engineering tools.,Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.,Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
