📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide compassionate and culturally sensitive care to patients and their families.,Develop and implement social work programs and services to enhance the quality of life for patients.,Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.,Advise and guide patients and their families on healthcare decisions and resources.,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of social work services and make recommendations for improvement.,Lead and mentor a team of medical social workers to ensure high standards of care.,Participate in clinical governance and quality improvement activities.,Represent the hospital at local and national healthcare forums and conferences.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Social Work or a related field.,Master's degree in Social Work or a related field preferred.,Minimum of 10 years of experience in medical social work, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.,Certification as a Medical Social Worker (CMSW) or equivalent preferred.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian healthcare system and cultural context.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and multilingual environment.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
