Duta Kirana Restaurant is looking for a dedicated Training Officer to join our team in Blora. This is an urgent position to help us enhance our staff training programs and ensure our team members are well-prepared to deliver excellent service to our customers.

As a Training Officer, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing training programs that align with our company's goals and values. You will work closely with our management team to identify training needs and design effective training solutions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and implement training programs that align with company goals and values.
  • Identify training needs and design effective training solutions.
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops for staff members.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed.
  • Provide feedback and support to staff members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure training programs are in line with company objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in training and development.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Fluency in Indonesian, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other training management tools.
  • Passionate about continuous learning and development.
