As a Groceries & Produce Supervisor at Swalayan Sukses Abadi, you'll be the backbone of our store's fresh produce and grocery department. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our shelves are always stocked with the freshest produce and a wide variety of grocery items. Your role is crucial in maintaining our store's reputation for quality and customer satisfaction, and you'll have the opportunity to develop your leadership and management skills in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the fresh produce and grocery sections, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient inventory management.
• Lead and motivate a team of 10-15 employees, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
• Implement and monitor inventory control systems, including using our in-house Point of Sale (POS) system and inventory management software.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as store policies and procedures.
• Conduct regular stock checks and replenishments to maintain optimal product availability.
• Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge in customer service, sales techniques, and product knowledge.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve productivity and profitability.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the retail or food service industry.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock control, and POS systems.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with food safety and health regulations is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
• Must be fluent in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
