📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of Shopee's warehouse and delivery network in Bangka Belitung.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in logistics and operations management, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using logistics and operations management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma or a related methodology.
