As a Buyer / Merchandiser at Private Advertiser, you'll play a crucial role in sourcing, negotiating, and managing inventory. You'll work closely with designers, suppliers, and retail teams to ensure our stores meet customer demand and maintain high sales performance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to ensure optimal inventory levels and cost efficiency.
- Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify new product opportunities.
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure competitive pricing and terms.
- Manage and monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure product availability and meet sales targets.
- Analyze sales data to inform future purchasing decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion, Retail, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the fashion or retail industry.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Familiarity with retail management systems such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
