📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage end-to-end export processes, including order processing, documentation, and shipping.
• Coordinate with sales, production, and logistics teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and partners.
• Stay updated with trade regulations and market trends.
• Prepare and submit necessary export documents, such as commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.
• Negotiate and finalize export contracts with clients.
• Monitor and report on export performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• 2–5 years of experience in export-import operations, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Strong knowledge of export documentation and procedures.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with trade regulations and international shipping.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, is a plus.
