📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of Mexican dishes using fresh, high-quality ingredients.
• Maintain food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with local health regulations.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring timely food preparation and service.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and high-quality food production.
• Adhere to food cost controls and inventory management practices.
• Stay updated with the latest culinary trends and techniques to continuously improve dish offerings.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.
• Participate in regular kitchen meetings and contribute to the overall kitchen management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef in a professional kitchen.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican cuisine and techniques.
• Experience with kitchen management software such as QuickBooks or similar.
• Certification in food safety and hygiene (e.g., HACCP, ServSafe) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
