You will work closely with our housekeeping team to ensure that all linens, towels, and guest amenities are cleaned, pressed, and distributed efficiently. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage the daily laundry operations to ensure all linens, towels, and guest amenities are cleaned, pressed, and distributed efficiently.
• Coordinate with housekeeping staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Utilize advanced laundry equipment such as commercial washers, dryers, and ironers to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
• Implement and maintain strict quality control measures to ensure all laundry meets the highest standards.
• Manage inventory and ordering of laundry supplies and chemicals.
• Train and mentor junior staff on laundry procedures and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the housekeeping supervisor to develop and implement laundry schedules and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
• Proven experience in managing and operating commercial laundry equipment.
• Strong knowledge of laundry procedures, cleaning chemicals, and fabric care.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with hotel management software such as Opera or Cloudbeds is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy items up to 20 kg.
