📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the marketplace, ensuring smooth and efficient transactions
- Implement and monitor operational processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
- Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve operational issues promptly
- Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics to identify areas for improvement

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the e-commerce or marketplace operations industry
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing marketplace operations
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms and tools such as Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, or Tableau
