📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct comprehensive geotechnical investigations to assess the stability and safety of mining sites.
• Analyze geological data using advanced software such as RocScience, AutoCAD, and Surpac.
• Develop and implement geotechnical solutions to address the unique challenges of our mining projects.
• Collaborate with mining engineers, geologists, and safety teams to ensure the safe and efficient operation of our mining sites.
• Prepare and present geotechnical reports, including slope stability analysis, rock mass classification, and ground support recommendations.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of mining operations to identify and mitigate potential geotechnical risks.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices in geotechnical engineering.
• Provide technical advice and support to the mining team to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in geotechnical analysis and mining operations.
• Proficiency in advanced geotechnical software such as RocScience, AutoCAD, and Surpac.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex geological data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Indonesian mining regulations and safety standards.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to mining sites as required.
