As an HR Business Partner, you will be the bridge between the HR department and the business units, ensuring that HR practices align with the company's vision and values. You will work closely with managers and employees to understand their needs, address concerns, and implement solutions that enhance productivity and job satisfaction.

In this role, you will use tools like BambooHR, Workday, and LinkedIn Recruiter to streamline HR processes, and you will leverage your knowledge of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills in employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Partner with business leaders to understand their needs and align HR strategies with organizational goals.
• Facilitate employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions, in accordance with company policies and labor laws.
• Support the recruitment and onboarding process, including coordinating interviews, reference checks, and new hire orientation.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees to support their professional development.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations and business partnering.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using HR software, such as BambooHR, Workday, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Certification in HR practices or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
