🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Environmental Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in proposal management, origination, or a related field
- Strong understanding of carbon markets and sustainability solutions
- Proven track record of successful proposal development and submission
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Familiarity with proposal management software such as Microsoft Office, Salesforce, or similar tools
